1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

At VTech.pk, we take pride in delivering high-quality mobile accessories designed to meet your expectations. Our 1-Year Limited Warranty ensures that products purchased directly from our website are protected against manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal usage for a period of 12 months from the purchase date.

Warranty Coverage

• – Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• – Functional failures during normal use
• – Battery issues in power banks (not charging, not holding power)
• – Connectivity problems (e.g., cables, chargers, ports)
• – Audio malfunctions (e.g., speaker or microphone not working)

What’s Not Covered (Exclusions)

1. Physical and Accidental Damage
   • – Dropped, crushed, or punctured items
   • – Bent or broken connectors, pins, or internal components due to improper use
2. Water or Liquid Exposure
   • – Damage from spills, rain, immersion, or humidity
   • – Corrosion or battery swelling due to moisture
   • – (Water resistance claims apply only to certified waterproof models and must meet IP rating conditions)
3. Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations
   • – Any repair or modification done by a third party
   • – Use of unofficial spare parts or tools
   • – Rooted or modified firmware/hardware
4. Improper Use or Installation
   • – Damage from using incompatible devices or power sources
   • – Misuse of product outside its intended purpose
   • – Incorrect installation or forced connections
5. Normal Wear and Cosmetic Issues
   • – Surface scratches, paint chips, or discoloration
   • – logo fading
   • – Natural battery performance degradation over time
6. Battery Aging and Overuse
   • – Reduced battery life due to regular usage over months
   • – Overcharging or heat damage from prolonged use
7. Loss, Theft, or External Causes
   • – Lost or stolen items
   • – Damage caused by external events like power surges, fire, or natural disasters
8. Commercial or Bulk Usage
   • – Products used for business purposes, rental, or resale

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact Us
Email support@vtech.pk with your order number, issue description, and supporting photos/videos.

2. Product Evaluation
Our team will assess the issue. If necessary, we may request the item be returned for inspection.

3. Resolution Options
If your product qualifies under the warranty, we will:
– Provide a free replacement
– Offer a store credit or partial/full refund, depending on stock and condition

Note: Return shipping fees may apply unless the issue was due to a verified product fault.

• – Warranty is valid only for the original buyer and is non-transferable
