Refund and Returns Policy

At VTECH, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:
✅ Timeframe: Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
✅ Condition: Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with tags/labels intact.
✅ Proof of Purchase: Valid receipt or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Software, downloadable products, or digital goods.
• Personalized/custom-made items.
• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us: Email info@vtech.pk or call +92 300 8558988 within 7 days.
2. Provide Details: Include your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
3. Approval & Instructions: We will verify eligibility and provide return instructions.
4. Ship Back: Pack the item securely and send it to our return address:

3. Return Shipping & Costs

• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item sent by VTECH.
• Refund Deductions: Original shipping fees and any restocking fees (if applicable) may be deducted.

4. Refund Process

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

• Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).
• Provide photos/videos of the issue.
• We will arrange a free return/replacement.
